WELCOME TO RIVER Bar & Grill IN Frederick MARYLAND

River Bar & Grill was born 24 years after starting one of the most well-known and successful culinary journeys. Let's go back 24 years, where LOS TRIOS RESTAURANT began its story in Frederick, one of the most renowned and famous restaurants of the Hernandez del Cid family. Victoria del Cid, one of the founders who initiated this project along with her children Jaime Hernandez, his wife Eda Rosa, and Juber Hernandez with his wife Josselin. Following LOS TRIOS, a few years later, J&V EL EDEN RESTAURANT also started, adding to the history and continuing the flavor that characterizes our food. Then, HABANERO TACOS BAR & GRILL, 

RIVER BAR & GRILL, and GRAN AZTECA were started, expanding the legacy and adding more people to the journey, including Osmar Rosa and Juber Rosa, who are already a part of our history. Today, we are grateful to all our customers, we invite you to join us in experiencing the unique flavor of our Mexican and Salvadoran food. We couldn't have come this far without your support and appreciation, so we want to thank you for being a part of our story. Welcome to the family!
